3Account Management

Account Inactivity

If there is no transaction or login activity for 12 consecutive months, your account will be marked as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee may be deducted from a dormant account until the balance reaches zero.

Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before doing so. 7kbet also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its own discretion.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

7kbet makes deposits and withdrawals easy for Bangladeshi users via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all transactions:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the platform and may vary depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed.
• Network fees may apply to cryptocurrency transactions.

Currency Conversion

Transactions can be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For transactions in other currencies, 7kbet's prevailing exchange rate will apply. A separate currency conversion fee may also be charged.

5Bonuses & Promotions

6Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, a Cash Out option may be available under certain conditions. If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

Odds Change

If the odds change before your bet is accepted, the updated odds will be shown to you. Your bet will only be confirmed once you agree to the new odds. In certain cases, 7kbet reserves the right to decline any bet.

Result Determination

All bet outcomes are governed by 7kbet's own rules. In the event of any dispute over a result, information from official sources will be considered final. 7kbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

• 7kbet is not liable for any disconnection issues that occur during live betting.
• Bets suspected of match-fixing or manipulation may be suspended pending investigation.
• Maximum win limits are set separately for each betting market.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7kbet platform:

• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's details.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds through 7kbet.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.

8Responsible Gaming
